吳坤霖、周婕妤一同受邀出戰 2023 撞球超級聯賽
2023 撞球超級聯賽 (Premier League Pool – PLP) 於今 (6日) 在英國萊斯特市的晨邊體育館登場。
除日本一哥大井直幸、越南的 Luong Duc Thien 與甫拿下拉斯維加斯女子公開賽的韓國選手徐序亞 (Seo Seoa) 之外，最後兩名為中華台北有吳坤霖與周婕妤，亞洲將共有5名球員獲邀參賽。
吳坤霖首戰將於 1號桌對戰美國球王 Shane Van Boening，第二場在 2號桌面對加拿大老將 Alex Pagulayan，接著晚場時段在 2號桌出戰英國名將 Chris Melling；周婕妤則將於晚場時段出賽，首場迎戰美國傳奇老將 Earl Strickland，第二場則對鎮西班牙的 Francisco Sanchez Ruiz，兩場比賽都在 1號桌。
英國與台灣時差為 -8 小時。
下午場時段 (英國當地時間): 中午12點 ~ 下午5點 (台灣時間 3/06 晚上8點 ~ 3/07 凌晨 1點)
晚場時段: 晚上 6點 ~ 11點 (台灣時間 3/07 凌晨 2點 ~ 早上 7點)

賽制與規則
- 總獎金 $100,000 美金 (每位參賽選手至少獲得 $2,500 美金)。
- 小組賽 採搶五局/輪流衝球。
- 選手每贏一場比賽獲得 1分積分。
- 積分相同時，將由雙方對戰的得失局決定。
- 前五日 (3/06~3/10) 進行小組賽，16位選手都將與之對戰一場；結束後，積分排名最後六位將遭淘汰。
- 第六日與第七日 (3/11 & 3/12) 剩下的10位選手，再進行小組賽，積分最低的四位選手遭淘汰。
- 第八日 (3/13) 剩下的6位選手再次進行小組賽，最末二位將遭淘汰，最後進入最後四強。
