The third tour stop of the EPBF Euro-Tour series, the Dynamic Billard St. Johann im Pongau Open 2019, is all set up and ready to go. The evening before the event, IBPF President David Morris signed a contract with local organiser Theo Riedlecker for another three years of pool action in the Austrian holiday resort.
The 24 tables are already in use by the athletes who are pouring in today from all over Europe and the Middle East. 196 players have signed up to contest for the coveted ranking points and prize money. With only Fedor Gorst missing, the top 20 star players from Europe are all inscribed.

The current rankings display a tight struggle at the top spots. #1 ranked Eklent Kaci (ALB) needs to defend third place from last year and has 2325 points in his account. He is followed very closely by World Champion Joshua Filler (GER) who is on 2290 points and only needs to defend a 5th place finish. Mateusz Sniegocki (POL) and Alexander Kazakis (GRE) are 3rd and 4th with 2130 points respectively 2115. Kazakis however needs to defend a victory from last year. The fight for the top spots will be very interesting during this event.

The Dynamic Billard St. Johann im Pongau Open will begin tomorrow, June 13th, at 09:00 CET with the final scheduled for Saturday, June 15th, at 18:00. On Saturday morning, the women will join with the opening of their Predator St. Johann im Pongau Open.
The Dynamic Billard St. Johann im Pongau Open are played in the Sporthotel Alpina Alpendorf in St. Johann im Pongau, Austria, on up to 24 tables which are all streamed LIVE throughout the whole event.
