General Assembly and Election Meeting of the Polish Billiards Association Grzegorz Kędzierski – new President of the Polish Billiards Association
On 14 June, the General Assembly and Election Meeting of the Polish Billiards Association was held at the Grand Hotel in Kielce. The delegates summarised the last four years and unanimously approved the reports of the management board and the audit committee. Reports on the implementation of the ‘Billiards Development Strategy 2021-2024’ were also accepted, emphasising that almost all of the objectives had been achieved. The delegates also granted discharge to the outgoing Management Board.
The outgoing Management Board thanked the players, activists, partners, coaches, journalists and everyone who has supported billiards over the last four years. Special thanks were given to Michał Lichodziejewski (ML Bilard), Andrzej Siejko (Kraków) and Marcin Krzemiński (MAK Marketing), as well as the outgoing president Dariusz Kobacki.
The delegates also elected new authorities. Grzegorz Kędzierski was elected president, and the Management Board consists of Dariusz Kobacki – vice-president, Arkadiusz Sząszor – vice-president, and Izabela Gajek – secretary general.
Paweł Galeja was elected as chairman of the Audit Committee, Krzysztof Gardjas as vice-chairman, and Maciej Szczawiński as a member of the Committee. The Disciplinary Committee will consist of Marcin Kostera as chairman, Ilona Galeja and Jacek Świtała.
Resolutions were adopted concerning, among other things, the rights to obtain a licence and the development strategy for the next four years, the most important of which are the continuation of existing activities in the field of competitive sport, children and young people, and the organisation of major sporting events. Another important element will be promotion, particularly through widely available social media and cooperation with promoters, local government units and the Ministry of Sport and Tourism and POC.

波蘭撞球協會全體大會暨選舉會議不日前於凱爾采舉行。與會代表總結了過去四年的工作，並一致通過了管委會與審計委員會之報告。會議也審議了2021-2024年撞球發展策略的實施報告，並強調幾乎所有目標都已達到。與會代表也批准了即將卸任的管理委員會。
