2016 CBSA Chinese Pool International Open (Miyun event) is an official CBSA Ranking Event. It is open to the players from all over the world. The event features divisions both for men and women. There are 64 players’ stage 2 main draw for men field and 32 players’ stage 2 main draw for women field. The event will be held at Miyun District, Beijing City, China from 17th to 24th October, 2016.
2016 CBSA中式台球國際公開賽 (密云站) 為中國台球協會(CBSA) 排名賽。比賽設有男子和女子組，並開放給來自世界各地的男、女子選手參加。

ENTRY QUALIFICATION
(1.) The WPA ranking Top 16 male players and Top 8 female players can enter the main tournament directly.
(2.) The CBSA ranking Top 16 male players and Top 8 female players and appointed wildcard players can enter the main tournament directly.
(3.) Qualifiers no less than 16 players in Men division and no less than 8 players in Women division.
※ The tournament will follow Chinese Pool Rules
FORMAT:
※ Stage 1 (Qualifying tournament)
No seeded player, Single elimination, Men Division Race to 9, Women Division Race to 7, Alternative break.
There are three qualifying events for 1st chance, 2nd chance and 3rd chance. Maximum number of the entry application for every event will be 128.
※ Stage 2 (Main tournament):
There are 64 men players and 32 women players.
Group Round: Double elimination, Men Div. Race to 9, Women Div. Race to 7, Alternative break.
In the Group Round, the Men players are divided into 8 groups of 8 players each. 4 players from each group advance into the Last 32 single elimination. The Women players are divided into 4 groups of 8 players each. 4 players
from each group advance into the Last 16 single elimination.
2 from winner’s bracket will be seeded into Single Elimination spot according to their results from the Group Rounds. 2 from loser’s bracket will be drawn randomly.
Men last 32 & Women last 16: Single Elimination, Alternate breaks. Men Div. race to 11. Women Div. race to 9. Final will be Men Div. race to 13 and Women Div. race to 11.
ENTRY APPLICATION
※ Stage 1: The entry application shall be submitted no later than October 11st, 2016.
※ Stage 2: The players Top ranking on WPA and CBSA should report for participation or non-participation to CBSA not later than September 30th, 2016.
※ Entry Fee:
Stage 1 – ￥600RMB or $100USD for 3 chances. The entry fee will be collected when the players arrived.
Stage 2 – ￥1000RMB or $150USD.
LOGO
Maximum 4 sponsorship logos are permitted in competition, 2 logos for players own, 2 logos for tournament organizer.
The logos must be declared together with the entry application form. CBSA and tournament organizer have the right to reject the no declared logo to show in the competition. The logo size must not exceed 5cm×8cm.
INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA
Anyone who needs the invitation letter for visa application, please send the scanned passport copy to CBSA no later than September 25th, 2016.
AIRPORT INFORMATION:
※ Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK)
Oct. 16th – 19th, the tournament volunteers will help all players to take taxi to the official hotel from airport.
※ Qualifying: All player report to the official hotel (Beijing Century Sunshine Holiday Hotel) by October 16th 6 pm to the event authorities.
※ Main tournament (Stage 2): All player report to the official hotel (Beijing Century Sunshine Holiday Hotel) by October 19th 2 pm to the event authorities.
※ Player Meeting & Drawing: At 4 pm on October 19th.

參賽資格
(一) 賽事分為會外賽和會內賽兩個階段會內賽設男子64席，女子32席。
(二) WPA最新排名 (截止至世界9球中國公開賽) 前16男子球員和前8的女子球員，作為種子選手直接晉級會內賽
(三) CBSA中式台球最新排名 (截止至任丘站) 前16男子球員和前8的女子球員，作為種子選手直接晉級會內賽
(四) 如球員同時滿足本條第 (二) 款和第 (三) 款，會內賽種子選手名額依照CBSA排名依次遞補
(五) 如滿足本條第 (二) 款的運動員在報名截止日缺席，組委會將根據CBSA中式台球最新排名遞補參賽選手
(六) 會內賽名額由會外賽選拔產生，會外賽產生的名額數量男子不少於16名，女子不少於8名
競賽辦法
(一) 比賽採用中國台球協會最新中式台球規則。
(二) 比賽分為會外賽和會內賽兩個階段。
(三) 會外賽共分3場進行，不設種子選手，全部為單敗淘汰賽，男子搶9局，女子搶7局，輪流開球，每場晉級正賽選手名額待定；
(四) 會內賽全部採用輪流開球，第一階段為雙敗淘汰賽，男子搶9局，女子搶7局，男子前32名和女子前16名晉級第二階段；第二階段為單敗淘汰賽，男子搶11局，女子搶9局。決賽男子搶13局，女子搶11局。
(五) 會內賽第一階段抽籤依照CBSA排名，種子選手蛇形排列入位，其餘選手隨機抽籤入位。第二階段抽籤，勝部出線選手依照比賽成績蛇形入位，成績相同參照CBSA排名確定先後順序，敗部出線選手隨機抽籤入位。
